What this guide covers
Under Armour runs its own outlet section on underarmour.com, and right now it is stacking an extra discount on top of it. On October 30, 2026, the U.S. homepage advertised "UA Outlet Prices Just Dropped. Get Extra 30% Off With Code EXTRA30," with terms that say the code works on UA Outlet items only, cannot be combined with other offers (including ID.me), and ends on November 2. We cover that offer in our Under Armour EXTRA30 deal report.
A short promotion is a good reason to look at the rest of the picture before you check out. This guide pulls together what Under Armour's own pages say about shipping costs, return windows, the discount programs you can (and cannot) combine, the Armour Access loyalty program, and the difference between its two best-known fabric lines, HeatGear and ColdGear. Everything below comes from Under Armour's U.S. website as we read it on October 30, 2026. Policies change, so treat the dates and dollar figures as a snapshot rather than a promise.

How the outlet code works
The EXTRA30 code applies to products in the Outlet section of underarmour.com. The outlet menu on the site lists men's, women's, boys' and girls' categories, including jackets and vests, pants and leggings, shirts and tops, shoes, shorts and sports bras, plus sections labeled "New to Outlet" and "Rare Sale Finds."
Three details in the official terms matter most:
- Outlet only. Full-price items and new arrivals are outside the offer. If a product is not in the Outlet section, the code will not discount it.
- No stacking. The code "cannot be combined with other offers, including ID.me." If you normally shop with a military, first responder, healthcare or teacher discount, you have to pick one.
- Ends November 2. Under Armour's tooltip gives the end date as 11/2. It does not give a time, so if you are deciding late on the last day, check the cart before you pay.
Because the extra 30% comes off prices that are already reduced, the final saving varies by product. The only reliable number is the price your cart shows after the code is applied.
Which discount should you use?
Under Armour runs several standing discount programs, and the EXTRA30 terms make clear they do not stack with it. Here is how they compare, based on Under Armour's own program pages.

ID.me discount. Under Armour offers 20% off to military members, first responders, healthcare workers and teachers who verify through ID.me. The discount applies on UA.com, in the UA app and at Brand House stores, and it is 10% at Factory House stores. Under Armour's page says the discount cannot be combined with other promo codes, sitewide promotions or gift cards. During the EXTRA30 window, an eligible shopper buying outlet items will usually do better with the larger 30% code; for full-price items outside the outlet, the ID.me discount is the one that applies.
Student discount. College students can get an extra 20% off online by verifying through UNiDAYS, according to Under Armour's student page.
Armour Access. Under Armour's loyalty program, formerly UA Rewards, is now called Armour Access. Members earn 5 points per $1 spent, plus points for actions such as leaving reviews, completing a profile and downloading the app. Under Armour says existing UA Rewards points carried over. Members also get early access to some product drops and sales, and entry into sweepstakes. Loyalty points are not a discount code, so they do not conflict with EXTRA30 in the same way.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Under Armour's shipping page lists three delivery speeds for U.S. orders.

- Standard: 3 to 5 business days, $8, free on orders of $75 or more.
- Express: 3 business days, $15.
- Priority: within 2 business days, $25.
The delivery estimates assume the order is placed by 12 p.m. Eastern Time. Under Armour does not deliver on Saturdays and does not offer ship-to-store. Orders go out through FedEx, UPS, USPS, VEHO and International Bridge, mostly from Under Armour's distribution center in Baltimore, and sometimes from California or Tennessee. Military addresses (APO, FPO and DPO) should allow 4 to 6 weeks. Under Armour also ships to Canada.
The practical takeaway for outlet shoppers is the $75 threshold. If your cart sits just under it after the code, a small item such as socks or a cap may cost less than the $8 standard shipping fee.
Returns and exchanges
Under Armour's return policy is straightforward, but it has conditions.
Return window. Online purchases can be returned within 60 days. Under Armour says the window is typically extended to 90 days for orders placed between November 1 and December 31, which helps if you are buying gifts during the outlet sale.
Condition. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Footwear must come back in its original box, and you need proof of purchase.
How to send it back. You can return online orders for free through Happy Returns drop-off locations, where no box is needed and the refund typically shows within 3 to 5 business days, or by mail with a UPS label. Canadian returns use Purolator. Each order needs its own return label.
Refund timing. Under Armour says online refunds can take up to 14 business days after the return is received. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds go back to the original payment method, which can be a card, gift card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Klarna.
Exchanges. You can exchange for a different size or color within 60 days through ua.com/returnlabel.
Stores. Items bought at a Factory House (outlet) store cannot be returned at a Brand House store. If you mail back a store purchase, the refund comes as an e-gift card.
HeatGear or ColdGear?
Most outlet browsing at Under Armour ends up in one of two fabric families. Under Armour's own guides explain the difference clearly.

HeatGear is the original. Under Armour founder Kevin Plank, a former University of Maryland football special teams captain, made prototype #0037, nicknamed "The Shorty," in 1996. HeatGear is a light, tight baselayer meant for hot conditions. Under Armour says it wicks sweat, dries fast and uses 4-way stretch in a compression fit. Some pieces add odor control and flatlock seams to reduce chafing. The newer HeatGear Elite uses a spandex-free stretch technology called NEOLAST, developed with Celanese.
ColdGear followed in 1997. Under Armour describes it as a dual-layer fabric with a brushed interior that traps heat without bulk, built for temperatures below 55°F. It comes in weights from light baselayers to insulated outerwear. ColdGear Infrared adds a soft, thermo-conductive coating on the inside to absorb and hold body heat. The newest version, ColdGear NEOLAST, uses the same stretch technology as HeatGear Elite.

For a late-fall purchase, ColdGear is the obvious pick for outdoor running, football and soccer training, or any sport played in the cold. HeatGear makes sense as a year-round training layer, or as a base under pads.
A short history of the brand
Under Armour's own history page gives the key milestones. After the 1996 prototype and the 1997 launch of ColdGear and AllSeasonGear, the company moved to Baltimore in 1998. Its "Protect This House" ad ran in 2003, and Under Armour went public on November 17, 2005. It added football cleats in 2006 and opened its first Brand House store in Annapolis in 2007. Revenue passed $1 billion in 2010. In 2015 it acquired MapMyRun, Endomondo and MyFitnessPal. UA HOVR running shoes arrived in 2018, followed by the Curry Brand in 2020.
Tips for shopping the outlet sale
- Know your size first. Outlet stock is whatever is left over, so check Under Armour's size guide before you add items. Exchanges are free, but they take time.
- Check the section. Only items in the Outlet section qualify for EXTRA30. If the code does not reduce an item, that item is probably not an outlet product.
- Mind the $75 line. Free standard shipping starts at $75. Shipping costs are not refunded if you return the order.
- Gift timing. Orders placed from November 1 typically get the longer return window, so a purchase on November 1 or 2 can still use the code and may get the extended window.
- Compare against ID.me. If you qualify for the ID.me discount, compare the two on your actual cart. You cannot use both.
- Keep tags on. Returns need unworn, unwashed items with tags, and shoes need their box.
Bottom line
Under Armour's outlet is worth checking during the EXTRA30 window if you already know the fit of its baselayers, fleece or running shoes. The code runs through November 2, ships free over $75, and is covered by a 60-day return policy that typically stretches to 90 days for holiday-season orders. If you qualify for the ID.me or UNiDAYS discount, compare it against the outlet code before you buy, because Under Armour will not let you combine them.
