What this guide covers
Anycubic is one of the better-known names in consumer 3D printing, and its official US store at us.anycubic3d.com is where it runs its own promotions, including the 2026 Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale. Before you put a printer in the cart, it helps to know how the store actually handles returns, warranty claims, shipping and regional pricing. This guide pulls those rules together from Anycubic's own policy pages as they read on November 3, 2026, so you can compare them with whatever retailer you are considering.

Who Anycubic is and what it sells
Anycubic describes itself as a Shenzhen-based company founded in 2015. Its catalog falls into four groups that matter to shoppers:
- Kobra FDM printers. These melt plastic filament and build parts layer by layer. The current range includes the open-frame Kobra X, Kobra 4 and Kobra 3 Max V2, and the fully enclosed Kobra S1 and Kobra S1 Max.
- Photon resin printers. These cure liquid resin with a masked light source and are aimed at fine detail, such as miniatures, jewelry models and dental-style parts. The lineup includes the Photon P1, Photon P1 Max, Photon Mono M7 series and Photon Mono 4.
- ACE multicolor units. The ACE Pro and ACE 2 Pro hold several spools, dry filament and feed different colors or materials into compatible Kobra printers.
- Consumables and accessories. Filament, resin, build plates, nozzles and the Wash & Cure post-processing stations.
Many listings are sold as "Combo" bundles that pair a printer with an ACE unit. When you compare prices across stores, check whether the listing is the printer alone or the combo, because the gap can be several hundred dollars.
Which Anycubic store you are buying from
Anycubic runs separate official stores for different regions, and its 2026 Black Friday press release lists the sale across 13 markets: the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, the EU, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Brazil, Japan and a global store. Anycubic notes that prices and availability vary by region.
For US shoppers, the official store is us.anycubic3d.com. Anycubic's policy pages state that its return and refund rules apply only to purchases made on the official website. If you buy an Anycubic printer from a marketplace or another retailer, that seller's return policy applies instead, and warranty support may need proof of purchase from that seller.
Return and refund rules
Anycubic's refund policy for the US store sets out three windows:
- 14-day no-reason return. You can return a product within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. If the item is not defective, the buyer pays the return shipping.
- Not as described. If what arrives does not match the listing, Anycubic asks you to contact it within 7 days.
- Quality problems. For product quality issues, the window is 30 days.
Once a return reaches Anycubic, the policy says processing takes about 3–7 business days after receipt. The refund itself takes around 3 business days to be issued. Anycubic's listed contact for these requests is official@anycubic3d.com.
A practical point: 3D printers are heavy and bulky. The Kobra S1 alone weighs about 18 kg according to Anycubic's spec sheet. Return shipping on a no-reason return can therefore cost real money, so keep the original box and packing foam until you are sure the printer is a keeper.
Warranty coverage by part
Anycubic's warranty page does not give one blanket term. Coverage depends on the component:
| Component | Warranty listed by Anycubic |
|---|---|
| Whole machine | 1 year |
| FDM print head, extruder, magnetic build platform | 3 months |
| Heated bed | 6 months |
| Photon P1 LCD screen | 6 months |
| Technical support | Lifetime, free |
The short terms on the print head, extruder and build surface are worth noting. These are wear parts on any FDM printer, so plan on buying spare nozzles and plates over time rather than relying on warranty replacements. For resin printers, the LCD masks light during every layer and eventually wears out, which is why the screen has its own shorter term.

Shipping inside the US
According to Anycubic's US shipping policy:
- Shipping to the US mainland is free.
- Orders are processed in about 1 business day.
- Transit takes about 3–8 business days.
- Some accessories ship from China and take about 5–15 business days.
- Anycubic does not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
- Customs duties, where they apply, are paid by the customer.
If you need a printer for a deadline such as a holiday gift, the split shipping on accessories matters. A printer may arrive in a week while a spare build plate or specialty nozzle from the same order takes two more.
How Anycubic's Black Friday 2026 sale is structured
Anycubic's Black Friday page and press release describe a sale in four phases:
- October 20–25: early access.
- October 26–November 20: "Black Friday Sale Live".
- November 21–29: "Black Friday Now Live".
- November 30–December 7: "Cyber Monday Last Call".
The headline claim is up to $350 off printers. On the US page we checked on November 3, the largest listed discount was on the Kobra 3 Max V2 + ACE 2 Pro Combo, at $549 against a regular $899. Other examples from the same page include the Kobra X Combo at $469 (regular $599), the Kobra S1 + ACE 2 Pro Combo at $429 (regular $599) and the Photon P1 at $499 (regular $699). The page also advertised materials from $8.55/kg, filament mix-and-match bundles at up to 40% off, 20% off accessories and a 3 kg resin and filament mystery box at $29.99.
Phase-based sales can change prices between phases, so treat any price you see as a snapshot. Our Anycubic Black Friday news lists the prices we confirmed and when.
Choosing a printer type before you shop
The biggest mistake new buyers make is picking a printer by discount rather than by job:
- Choose FDM (Kobra) for functional parts, larger objects, multicolor prints and lower running costs. Filament is easy to store and needs no chemical handling.
- Choose resin (Photon) for small, highly detailed parts. Resin printing needs gloves, ventilation and a washing and curing step. Anycubic sells the Wash & Cure 3 from $69 for that.
If you are torn between the two, our resin vs FDM explainer walks through the trade-offs in more depth. It uses ELEGOO models as examples, but the principles apply to Anycubic too.

Multicolor: printer alone or combo?
Anycubic's multicolor system is built around the ACE units. The Kobra X Combo ships with seven-color capability as standard, and Anycubic says it can reach up to 19 colors with a four-unit ACE 2 Pro setup. The Kobra S1 Combo prints four colors with one ACE 2 Pro and can be expanded to 16.
If you have no plans for multicolor work, the standalone printers are cheaper. In the Black Friday listings, the Kobra X alone was $279 versus $469 for the combo, and the Kobra S1 alone was $349. The ACE 2 Pro also dries filament at up to 65°C. That helps with moisture-sensitive materials such as PETG and TPU, even for single-color printing. For a direct comparison of the two most popular combos, see Kobra X Combo vs Kobra S1 Combo.
A pre-purchase checklist
- Confirm the region. Make sure the store URL matches where you live, because prices and policies differ by region.
- Check the bundle. Confirm whether the listing is the printer alone or a combo with an ACE unit.
- Read the spec sheet. Check build volume, maximum nozzle and bed temperatures, and supported materials against the projects you have in mind.
- Budget for wear parts. Nozzles, build plates and, on resin printers, release film and eventually the LCD, all wear out. Several have warranty terms of only 3–6 months.
- Keep the packaging for at least the 14-day return window.
- Save your order confirmation. You will need it for warranty claims.
- Check delivery restrictions. No PO Boxes or military addresses, and accessories may ship separately from China.
Bottom line
Anycubic's official US store offers a 14-day no-reason return window, a one-year whole-machine warranty with shorter terms on wear parts, and free shipping to the US mainland. That is a reasonable baseline for a consumer 3D printer brand. The main things to watch are return shipping costs on heavy printers, the short warranty on print heads and build plates, and the difference between printer-only and combo listings. Treat the Black Friday prices as moving targets until December 7. Check the store yourself on the day you buy.
For the broader category, our ELEGOO shopping guide covers how another major printer brand handles the same questions.
