Apple's redesigned, Apple Intelligence-powered Health app is expanding to more languages. In a Newsroom post on November 3, 2026, Apple said the app now supports global English, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), French, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish and Vietnamese. It is available in the iOS 27.3 developer beta today and will roll out as a free software update later this year.

What the redesigned Health app includes
According to Apple:
- Insights tab: timely summaries across heart, sleep, readiness, fitness, vitals and cycle tracking throughout the day.
- For You: recommendations tailored to daily habits, such as adjusting a wind-down routine after several nights of interrupted sleep, plus videos and articles featuring Health app clinical experts.
- Longevity tab: long-term analysis across heart health, sleep, mental wellbeing, movement, metabolic health, hearing and nutrition.
- Health Age: a figure based on Apple Watch data, including VO2 max, resting heart rate, sleep and heart rate variability, showing how your body is tracking against your chronological age. Lab data such as A1c and LDL cholesterol can be added.
- At-home movement evaluations: iPhone camera plus Apple Watch measure flexibility, strength, balance, movement mechanics and VO2 max with real-time feedback. Apple says it runs entirely on device and no video is recorded, stored or shared.

Requirements
Apple's footnotes say the app requires an Apple Intelligence-enabled iPhone or iPad with the latest software, with some features iPhone-only. Health Age requires an Apple Watch. The VO2 max test requires an Apple Watch, AirPods Pro 3 or a third-party heart rate sensor. Some features require users to be 18 or older, and availability can vary by region and language. Apple says it will keep adding languages.
