ELEGOO Shopping Guide: 14-Day Returns, Restocking Fees, Free Shipping Over $50, Warranty and Points

ELEGOO sells its 3D printers, resin, filament and accessories through third-party platforms and distributors, but its own US store at us.elegoo.com is where the brand runs its biggest sales, including the 2026 Black Friday campaign. Buying direct can get you the lowest listed price, triple points during promotions and access to bundles you won't find elsewhere. It also means accepting ELEGOO's own rules on returns, shipping and warranty, and they are stricter than many shoppers expect.

This guide covers each policy as ELEGOO publishes it, so you know what you're agreeing to before you check out.

Where ELEGOO's US store ships

Orders on us.elegoo.com ship only to addresses in the United States. Within that:

• Covered: the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.
• Hawaii: 3D printers only. ELEGOO says resin, filament and accessories can't currently be delivered to Hawaii, and Hawaii shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Not covered: Alaska; US territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands; and the Freely Associated States.
• No P.O. Boxes and no APO/FPO addresses. ELEGOO says a package with a P.O. Box address can't be dispatched.
• One address per order. If you're sending items to two places, place two orders.

If you live in Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia or Japan, ELEGOO runs separate regional stores. Their prices, shipping rules and return terms may differ from what's described here.

Shipping costs and delivery times

The $50 threshold is low for printers, so almost any machine ships free. The $15 fee mostly hits small orders, such as a single spool of filament, a resin bottle or a replacement part. If you're buying consumables, it's usually cheaper to group them into one order over $50.

ELEGOO's estimated delivery windows:

• In-stock items: 3–7 business days.
• Pre-owned items: 4–10 business days.
• Pre-orders: ship by the estimated date on the product page, then arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

If you order several items, they may arrive separately, and ELEGOO sends a notification email for each shipment. At checkout you may be offered Worry-Free Delivery, an optional protection service run by Seel. If you buy it, you report lost, stolen or transit-damaged parcels to Seel rather than to ELEGOO. If you don't, you email ELEGOO's support team, which says it will work with the carrier and help with a claim.

ELEGOO also asks you to contact it right away if tracking hasn't updated for more than seven days, or if a parcel shows as delivered but never arrived. Claims for missing products must be filed within 30 calendar days of the shipping date.

You have about eight hours to change an order

This catches people out. ELEGOO says regular orders (not pre-orders) are usually sent to the warehouse eight hours after you place them. After that they are "generally non-cancellable and non-modifiable." ELEGOO will try to coordinate changes with the warehouse but doesn't guarantee it.

The refund policy also says you can cancel for a full refund at any time before the order ships. Once it ships, though, a cancellation depends on intercepting the parcel. If that fails, you wait for the refused package to come back and be inspected, and you pay the related shipping costs. If you're unsure which printer you want, decide before you pay.

The return policy: 14 days and restocking fees

ELEGOO's return window is 14 calendar days from receipt. How much of your money you get back depends on why you're returning the item and what condition it's in.

Non-quality returns (you changed your mind):

ELEGOO also deducts the value of any missing parts, cables, filament samples or other accessories.

Quality-related returns (the product is defective):

A few process rules matter in practice:

1. Get approval first. Returns must be approved by ELEGOO's customer support. Unapproved parcels may be refused or lost, and ELEGOO says it isn't responsible for them.
2. Ship within seven days of approval. The return label is valid for seven days. If the parcel isn't dispatched by then, the request is void and may need to be troubleshot again.
3. Keep the box. ELEGOO asks you to keep the original packaging. It says not following its packing instructions can void the warranty and lead to extra charges.
4. Inspection decides the refund. If ELEGOO tests a returned unit and finds no fault, it can refuse the return or deduct shipping and damage costs.
5. Refund timing. Once a qualified return arrives, ELEGOO says it processes the refund within five business days, back to the original payment method.

Pre-owned and refurbished products aren't covered by these return terms. The practical takeaway is to unbox and test your printer within the first few days. If something is wrong, contact support well inside the 14-day window.

Warranty: 12 months, but consumables are excluded

ELEGOO's warranty table varies by product. For brand-new machines it breaks down like this:

• Printer main units and parts not otherwise listed: 12 months.
• FDM consumables: no warranty. These include build plates, PEI sheets, nozzles, PTFE tubes, heaters, thermistors and hot ends.
• FDM extruder or printhead kits: 6 months, excluding damage you cause.
• Resin printer LCD screens: 3 months, excluding resin leaks and impact damage.
• Resin tanks and build plates: 6 months. Release film is not covered.
• CANVAS multicolor unit: 12 months for the main feeder and electronics. PTFE tubes, the wiper and support claws are not covered.
• Mercury wash-and-cure stations: the main unit is covered for 12 months under the general rule. Buckets, turntables and covers are not covered.
• Pre-owned products: no warranty.

The warranty runs from the date your original order was received. ELEGOO says it will still replace a consumable that fails because of a manufacturing defect, provided the printer itself is under warranty. Where local consumer law gives a longer period, ELEGOO says the longer period applies.

Points, referral rewards and special discounts

ELEGOO's membership program awards points when you create an account, subscribe and shop, and you can redeem them for rewards and gift cards. Membership tiers unlock more perks as you spend.

During the 2026 Black Friday campaign (November 2, 3:00 AM to December 1, 3:00 AM Eastern), ELEGOO is awarding 3X points for account sign-ups, newsletter subscriptions and purchases made directly on us.elegoo.com. Two limits apply:

• Rewards redeemed with points can't be combined with Black Friday prices. During a sale, the sale price is usually the better deal, and points are worth more on full-price purchases later.
• The referral reward during the campaign is 600 points when a friend you refer buys an ELEGOO 3D printer and keeps it for 30 days. Filament, resin and parts don't qualify. Outside the campaign, the rewards page advertises a smaller standard referral reward.

The US store also has dedicated pages for education, military and first-responder, and healthcare discounts, along with a Certified Pre-Owned section. Pre-owned machines are cheaper, but they have no warranty and aren't covered by the return terms above.

Price matching

We didn't find a published price-match or price-protection policy on ELEGOO's US store; the page paths we checked returned "page not found." If a printer drops in price after you buy it, there's no documented way to claim the difference. Your options are the 14-day return window and its restocking fee. That's one more reason to buy during a sale like the current Black Friday event rather than just before one.

Buying direct or through a retailer

Buying from us.elegoo.com makes sense when the official store has the lowest price, an exclusive bundle or a promotion such as $1 filament add-ons. A big-box retailer may suit you better if you want a longer, more forgiving return policy and are willing to give up the brand's perks. Whichever you choose, ELEGOO's warranty requires a valid receipt from ELEGOO or an authorized distributor. Keep your order confirmation.
