What Razer announced

According to Razer's November 3 press release, the Signature Edition takes the Raiju V3 Pro and rebuilds its exterior with premium materials:

  • A magnesium alloy exoskeleton with an open-air polygonal top and back plate, chamfered edges and a nano coating over the exposed internals.
  • A laser-etched, semi-transparent glass touchpad carrying the Razer logo.
  • Matte black textured TPU grips and double-shot PBT action buttons, D-pad and secondary inputs.
  • A weight of 260 g.

Performance features carry over from the Raiju V3 Pro line: contactless TMR thumbsticks in a symmetrical layout, six mappable buttons (two claw-grip bumpers and four mouse-click back buttons), and up to 2,000 Hz polling with Razer HyperPolling Wireless on PC. Buttons, stick sensitivity and trigger response can be tuned in Razer Synapse or the Razer PS mobile app, with profiles stored onboard.

The box includes a premium leatherette carrying case, alternative short convex and tall concave thumbstick caps, four swappable back-button covers, an anodized aluminum back-button tool, a Razer HyperSpeed wireless dongle and a USB-A to USB-C cable.

How the drop works

Razer says drops are open to everyone but stock is limited and sold first come, first served. Drop timing and access details will be shared on November 6 on Razer's X, Instagram, Threads, Facebook and Discord channels. The standard Raiju V3 Pro remains on sale, and Razer's product page lists it from US$219.99.

What buyers should know

  • The Signature Edition is a materials and collector upgrade; its core performance features are shared with the standard model. See our research-based review.
  • Razer's FAQ for the standard Raiju V3 Pro says it has no haptic feedback and that only a DualSense can wake the PS5. Compare it with Sony's controller in Raiju V3 Pro Signature Edition vs DualSense Edge.
  • Razer.com returns have a 14-day window and a return shipping fee when you use the prepaid label. Our Razer.com shopping guide covers returns, warranty and shipping.
