VEVOR has started selling a new chamber vacuum sealer in the U.S. that is designed around the hardest job for any sealer: bagging food with sauces, marinades or natural juices. Announced on October 30, 2026 after a preview at IFA Berlin 2026, the machine uses what VEVOR calls FlavorKeep Technology, a staged vacuum cycle meant to stop liquid from reaching the seal before the bag closes. It is on sale through VEVOR, Amazon and eBay.
Key facts
- Product: VEVOR Chamber Vacuum Sealer with FlavorKeep Technology and a "2X Anti-Overflow System."
- Availability: U.S. rollout announced October 30, 2026; sold on VEVOR, Amazon and eBay.
- Price: not listed in VEVOR's announcement, and no model number was given. For context, VEVOR's existing chamber sealers were listed from $259.90 to $2,380.90 on its site on October 30, 2026.
- Vacuum: up to -100 kPa and up to 99.85% of air removed, according to VEVOR's internal testing under specified test conditions.
- Seal: an 8 mm sealing band, which VEVOR says is 33% wider than on its standard models.
- See it in person: VEVOR is showing the sealer at a free pop-up at Kemah Boardwalk, Texas, on October 31 and November 1, 2026 (noon to 7 p.m.), and at its Houston flagship store.
What's different from a standard sealer
Most countertop sealers pull air out of the bag in one continuous run. With wet food, that steady drop in pressure drags juice toward the bag opening, and once liquid reaches the sealing strip the cycle has to stop so the opening can be wiped and the bag resealed.
VEVOR's approach splits the job into three stages. First, the vacuum is applied in steps so liquid rises more slowly. Second, the machine goes for a deep vacuum to remove leftover air. Third, it closes the bag with the wider 8 mm seal. The claim is fewer interrupted cycles when you are packing several portions of turkey, marinated meat or fish in a row.
How it fits VEVOR's lineup
VEVOR already sells a range of chamber sealers, from compact countertop machines to floor-standing commercial units. On October 30, 2026, its compact DZ-260A-V1 (260 W sealing, 8 mm seal, -100 kPa) was listed at $288.90 and the YJ-300TV1 (380 W pump, glass lid, marinate mode) at $386.90. The new model's 8 mm seal and -100 kPa claim match the DZ-260A-V1's listed figures, so the staged anti-overflow cycle is the main new feature.

Our VEVOR chamber vacuum sealer guide compares four existing models, explains VEVOR's own wattage advice, and covers its 30-day returns and 12-month warranty.
Our take
The design targets a real weak point. Chamber sealers already handle liquids better than edge sealers, because the whole bag sits inside the chamber, and a staged cycle is a sensible refinement for soups, marinades and fresh catch. The wider seal is the most practical upgrade for anyone stacking frozen bags.
What we cannot judge yet is value. VEVOR has not published a price or a model number for the new machine, and the -100 kPa and 99.85% figures come from its own testing. We have not used this machine.
Who should look at it: people who seal a lot of wet or marinated food, do sous vide, or portion bulk meat and fish. Who can skip it: anyone who mainly seals dry goods; a simpler, cheaper sealer does that job. Whatever you seal, perishable food still needs to go in the fridge or freezer afterward: vacuum packing does not replace refrigeration.
