ALP Pouch FAQ: Ownership, FDA Status, Shipping, Returns, Rewards and Caffeine Pouches

21+ only. WARNING: This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. This FAQ is for adults who already use nicotine. If you don't use nicotine, don't start. Nothing here is health advice, and nicotine pouches are not a quit-smoking aid.

These are the questions people most often ask about ALP and alppouch.com, answered from ALP's official policy pages, its press releases and FDA records as of November 2, 2026. Policies change, so check the linked page before you rely on any detail.

About the brand

What is ALP?

ALP is a US brand of nicotine pouches, with a separate range of caffeine pouches. Nicotine pouches are small, smokeless, leaf-free pouches that sit between your gum and lip. ALP is sold by ALP Supply Co. LLC, based at 3692 Grand Ave, Miami, Florida. Its tagline is "A Better Time."

Who owns ALP?

ALP Supply Co. LLC is a 50/50 joint venture between the Tucker Carlson Network and Turning Point Brands (NYSE: TPB). It was announced on November 14, 2024 and went on general sale online on December 23, 2024. Its CEO, Lorenzo De Plano, told Reuters in June 2026 that ALP held about 2% of the US pouch market.

Is ALP sold outside the US?

The US store at alppouch.com doesn't ship internationally. In July 2026, ALP announced online sales in the UK and other European markets through a separate site, alppouch.eu. Its press release listed staple flavors and four Europe-specific flavors: Cherries & Berries, Sweet Mint, Frostbite and Grape Ice.

Is ALP FDA approved or authorized?

No. As of November 2, 2026, no ALP product appears on the FDA's list of authorized nicotine pouch products. That list has 67 products from ZYN, on! and Velo, and the FDA says they are "the only nicotine pouch products that may be lawfully sold in the United States." PouchRated reports that ALP's application is under review in the FDA's pouch pilot program. Even for authorized products, the FDA says authorization doesn't mean a product is safe or "FDA approved." Our ALP vs ZYN comparison covers this in more detail.

How many pouches are in a tin, and can I buy one tin?

Each nicotine tin holds 20 pouches. ALP's FAQ says nicotine pouches come only in multi-tin packs: 5, 20 or 50 tins depending on the product. You can't buy a single tin from the site.

How much does ALP cost?

Core flavors and Peppermint cost $26.45 for 5 tins, $99.96 for 20 and $238.00 for 50. Drifters costs $27.45 for 5 or $104.28 for 20. Frontier costs $23.99 for 5 or $91.16 for 20. The 30 Pack Combo costs $134.88.

What are ALP caffeine pouches?

They're nicotine-free pouches with 50mg of caffeine each and 15 XL pouches per tin. ALP says they're made in the USA. Flavors are Coffee Break, Black Cherry, Peppermint, Wintergreen, Spicy Cinnamon and Pumpkin Spice. Pumpkin Spice was added on September 22, 2026. Prices are $27.45 for 5 tins, $104.28 for 20, and $116.65 for a 25-tin combo. Count them toward your total daily caffeine.

How long do pouches last, and how should I store them?

ALP gives an expected shelf life of up to 12 months. Store tins in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, with the lid tightly closed.

How long do I keep a pouch in?

ALP's FAQ recommends about 30 minutes, between your gum and upper or lower lip. Swallowing your saliva is fine, but don't swallow the pouch. Throw used pouches in the trash. ALP's product warnings say it isn't for minors, people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or people with or at risk of heart disease or high blood pressure. Keep tins away from children and pets.

Ordering and age checks

How old do I have to be?

21 or older. At checkout you enter your name, date of birth and address. Sometimes you'll also be asked for the last four digits of your SSN. AgeChecker.net checks these against public records. If the check fails, you can upload a government-issued ID, and ALP says manual review usually takes under a minute.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Orders can't be changed once they're placed. If you need to cancel, email howdy@alppouch.com right away. ALP can help only if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Where can't ALP ship?

ALP can't ship nicotine pouches to Arkansas, Vermont, Rhode Island, Utah, Micronesia, Guam or Puerto Rico. In California, Massachusetts and Washington, D.C., it can ship only Classic. Many counties and cities have their own limits, including Cook County in Illinois, Multnomah County in Oregon and parts of Colorado, Maine, Minnesota and Ohio. New York City can't receive Tropical Fruit, combo packs or Drifters. Our ALP shopping guide has the complete list.

What is Instant Delivery?

In some zones you can get nicotine pouches in as little as 30 minutes. Delivery needs a valid ID and a signature, and you must be there to receive it. ALP won't refund the delivery fee if a delivery fails because no one was home. Accessories usually aren't eligible.
