ALP Pouch Shopping Guide: Shipping Restrictions, Age Verification, Returns and Rewards

21+ only. WARNING: This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. This guide is for adults who already use nicotine. If you don't use nicotine, don't start. Nothing here is health advice, and nicotine pouches are not a quit-smoking aid.

ALP is a US nicotine pouch brand sold direct at alppouch.com by ALP Supply Co. LLC of Miami, Florida. It launched in November 2024 as a 50/50 joint venture between the Tucker Carlson Network and Turning Point Brands (NYSE: TPB), and it went on general online sale on December 23, 2024. Buying from the official store is a little different from ordering most consumer goods. Your age is checked at checkout, some states and cities can't receive certain products, sales are final, and the rewards program works on a points-and-tiers system. This guide covers what to know before you place an order, based on ALP's own policy pages as of November 2, 2026.

What ALP sells

The store has three main product groups:

• Nicotine pouches. The core range is Chilled Mint, Mountain Wintergreen, Refreshing Chill, Tropical Fruit, Sweet Nectar, Spearmint and Classic, in 3mg, 6mg, 9mg and 12mg. There are also two sub-lines. Drifters has five fruit-and-ice flavors in 6mg and 12mg. Frontier has three flavors (Cowboy Coffee, Sunset Mango and Campfire Cinnamon) in 4mg and 8mg. A seasonal Peppermint returned on October 26, 2026 in 3mg, 6mg and 9mg.
• Caffeine pouches. These are nicotine-free and hold 50mg of caffeine per pouch, with 15 XL pouches per tin. Flavors include Coffee Break, Black Cherry, Peppermint, Wintergreen, Spicy Cinnamon and Pumpkin Spice.
• Gear. Metal travel tins, leather and tactical holsters, limited slide cases, drinkware, apparel and a points-only Rewards Store.

Each tin of ALP nicotine pouches holds 20 pouches. ALP's FAQ says the store doesn't sell single tins. Nicotine pouches come in packs of 5, 20 or 50 tins.

Prices at a glance

These are the list prices on alppouch.com when we checked on November 2, 2026:

A 5-pack of core flavors works out to about $5.29 a tin. The 20-pack is about $5.00 a tin and the 50-pack about $4.76. The site also sells mixed bundles. The 30 Pack Combo has five tins of each of six core flavors for $134.88. The Frontier Combo Pack has 15 tins for $61.17, and the Drifters Combo Pack has 25 tins for $116.60.

Age verification: what to expect

ALP sells only to buyers who are 21 or older. According to its FAQ, checkout asks for your name, date of birth and address. Sometimes it also asks for the last four digits of your Social Security number. A third-party service, AgeChecker.net, compares those details with public records. If they don't match, or you'd rather not give certain details, you can upload a government-issued ID for manual review. ALP says this usually takes under a minute.

Practical tips:

• Use the name and address that match your public records. A nickname or a work address is a common reason the automatic check fails.
• Have your ID ready if you're ordering for the first time.
• ALP says any order can be held, canceled or refused for fraud, compliance or age-verification reasons.

Where ALP can and can't ship

This is the part most likely to catch buyers out. ALP ships only within the United States, with no international shipping from alppouch.com, and it publishes a long list of restricted places:

• No nicotine pouches at all: Arkansas, Vermont, Rhode Island and Utah, plus Micronesia, Guam and Puerto Rico.
• Classic only: California, Massachusetts and Washington, D.C. Flavored ALP pouches can't ship there, but Classic can.
• County and city rules: Some places can't receive any nicotine pouches, including parts of Colorado (such as Aspen and Golden), Illinois (Cook County, River Forest, Skokie), Maine (such as Portland and Bangor), Minnesota (such as Bloomington and Edina), Ohio (Grandview Heights, Bexley) and Multnomah County in Oregon. Others, such as New York City, Yonkers, Jersey City, Columbus and Toledo, can't receive Tropical Fruit, the Combo Pack, Drifters or Build Your Own Bundle.

If your address is restricted, checkout won't offer shipping options for the affected products. ALP also says it won't change an order's shipping address to a restricted area. Check the live list before you order, because these rules follow local law and change.

Shipping speeds and costs

ALP ships Monday to Friday, not on weekends or holidays. Allow one to three business days for processing before an order leaves the warehouse. After it ships, you can choose:

ALP's FAQ gives sample rates for one 5-pack sent from Louisville, Kentucky to Miami: $5.99 Economy, $10.59 UPS Ground, $18.36 2nd Day Air, $22.61 3 Day Select and $34.17 Next Day Air Saver. A single 5-pack costs $26.45, so a second 5-pack or a 20-pack gets you past the $80 free Economy shipping line.

Instant Delivery is offered in some zones and can arrive in as little as 30 minutes. A valid ID and signature are required, and you have to be there to receive it. If a delivery fails because you weren't present, ALP says it won't refund the delivery cost. Accessories usually aren't eligible.

Returns, cancellations and damaged orders

Read this before you buy. All sales are final. ALP doesn't accept returns or give refunds because you changed your mind, and orders can't be changed once placed. You may be able to cancel an order that hasn't shipped if you contact ALP right away at howdy@alppouch.com.

ALP will fix problems caused by a defect or a shipping error. Its return policy page asks you to get in touch within 30 days of receiving the order. Its shipping policy asks for damaged, wrong or missing items to be reported within 5 business days, and the refund policy page says 7 days. Because the windows differ, report any issue as soon as you open the box. Include your order number, photos and a short description. ALP says approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

ALP Rewards and subscriptions

ALP Rewards is a points program with four tiers based on how much you spend in a calendar year:

• Bronze: 10 points per $1
• Silver: over $1,000 spent, 15 points per $1
• Gold: over $2,000 spent, 20 points per $1
• Diamond: over $3,000 spent, 25 points per $1

You can get bonus points too: 25 for signing up, 25 for following ALP on X and 25 for following on Instagram. Every 200 points is worth $1 off, so Bronze earns back about 5% of what you spend and Diamond about 12.5%. You can also spend points on free gear in the Rewards Store. Points expire after 12 months, and reward codes stay valid for six months. You can use only one reward code per order. Your spending total resets on January 1, but once you reach a tier you keep it for the rest of that year and all of the next.

Subscriptions ship automatically each month and start at 5% off. Each order moves you toward bigger discounts, up to 15%, and free gear. You can skip a month or swap flavors before the next order processes. Canceling resets your progress to the beginning. Subscriptions suit buyers who already know which flavor and strength they want.

Buying ALP in stores

ALP also sells through shops. Its store locator, powered by Stockist, lets you search by ZIP code, and the brand suggests calling ahead to check stock. If your local shop doesn't carry ALP, you can ask for it through the "Request a Store" form.

Quick checklist before you order

1. Make sure your address isn't on the restricted list for the product you want.
2. Use details that match your public records for the age check, and keep your ID handy.
3. Order $80 or more if you want free Economy shipping.
4. Double-check flavor, strength and pack size, because sales are final.
5. Open the box right away and report any damage the same day.
